At Megababe, we want you to love your body care routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all products that didn't quite meet your expectations. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be in their original packaging and only gently used to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original box or a similar mailer and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
